I was stuck in my work and I still have at least 15 years. Through my employer I ended up with Mariska. It was not just a recipe to pick up and then just go back to work, no you have to do something here ... Through fun and sometimes less fun assignments and critical questions you will be pushed to face facts. In the end, it's all worth it. After this process, I had insight into my own functioning and I was given tools (developed by Mariska, I would say) to open doors that remain closed to me. I go to work with pleasure and those last 15 years ....... Come on, I make something of it.

Mariska knows how to motivate people in an enthusiastic and positive way. Because of her, my focus has shifted from "staring at what I am not yet good at" to "developing my talents more". And that was of great benefit to me in my work! Finally I was able to articulate my motives and even better: how I could use it to make my work more fun. At Mariska I quickly felt at ease and in a short time we achieved a lot. I really experienced my coaching program with her as a gift.
