Shameful customer service: Dropped off my winter coat (the north face worth 450€) for a clean over spring and they completely burned the fur collar, then proceeded to tell me that that’s how it was when i gave it to them.... They sure have insurances to handle these things? They had me come back into their shop 3 times just to waste my time. Last time i hear from them was 7 months ago with a promise to get back to mw with a solution after talking to their insurance. It’s sad when people simply don’t know how to handle problems efficiently. I totally understand mistakes happen, what upset me was the poor way the people there handled the problem and never got back to me in spite of their promise. I’d rather give my money to people who actually care about customers and their business ethics. You don’t have to take my word, see the text conversations.

I've been coming here for a while, couple of years now. Overall the Customer Service is good, but it does depend who is working, as there seems to be a recent high turnover in staff. Wash Service itself is good, my clothes always come back clean, but always folded a different way (What's up with that?). I've had very few wash service errors, and nothing is ever been ruined. Pretty happy to keep coming here.

Took my winter coat to get cleaned. The coat was ruined. After a good three weeks of cleaning it again (which, funnily enough made it worse) and checking with management, the response was that I should complain to the manufacturer, it's not their fault. So I ended up paying them to destroy my coat. Make of it what you will, but I definitely won't be going back there.

Good service and reasonable prices
