Avoid this company! They have badly damaged my brand new 700 euro KENZO coat an they accepted no responsibility!

Terrible shop and antisocial staff, can not be discussed in an adult manner. My expensive winter coat completely ruined by washing too hot and scrubbing too hard. Owner spoken and just wipes it off with cunt excuses while I only came for a stain on the sleeve. My whole jacket is covered in white spots from the detergent and is no longer water and windproof, this jacket should be able to handle - 20 and snowstorms but that is no longer the case. People never go here please because they do something without reading the leaflet. This company is also not affiliated with Netex, so that says enough!
