They are not particularly cheap but they do a great job. They have a good service, they are knowledgeable and professional. Moreover they are friendly. I did however submit a change in their opening hours during the COVID-19 pandemic. On the sign it says they are open between only 10 in the morning and four in the afternoon. See my photo. Edit on 2020-06-04: this week they resumed their normal opening hours. Opening until 18:00.

Avoid this place like the plague!! it is expensive, unfriendly, the woman in there has a sour face and acts as if you come to get their service for free, and on top of it all they cannot clean!! Brought my luxury white goose down bedding there to be washed, they first complained it was not clean (as if they expect clean items in there!), then when I came to collect, one of the pillows from a set of four pillows was not dried and left in a plastic bag, so it was completely covered in mold by the time I collected it. It was completely ruined, and they just tried to give it back to me. I refused to except it and they wouldn’t even apologise for ruining the item. I had to argue with the owner for a compensation to replace the pullow and this old crook has the audacity to say the pillow was not new, so the compensation should be for a price of a used item. As if I can go and buy a used pullow?! Idiotic arguments, no apology and extremely unpleasant to have to negotiate something they should offer themselves in the first place. Never received an apology during the three conversations I had to have with these people. they don’t give a sh*t about your items or service to you!! do yourself a favour and take your expensive bedding somewhere else.

Attentive and good service. Have used their dry cleaning service for over a year now and have no complaints.

People be aware of the faulty service! They are expensive and will ruin your suit! I brought two Boss costumes over for dry cleaning. One of the suits needed a button fixed, which fell off, when I took it out of the garment bag. No worries here, the male owner pinned the button and a label for the workers to attach. For this service I had to pay an additional cost. So far so good. Upon receiving the phone call, within three days, that my suits were ready, I went back in the afternoon during my lunch break. With no intention to see if anything was wrong, I went home to unpack the suits in order to wear them. To my surprise, the suit which needed fixing, was a button short. I immediately went back to ask what happened. Upon returning, the male owner replied: "It is a three button suit, why are you mad, it is not like it is the end of the world!" I told him, you (directing my gaze at him) were the one who attached the button in a plastic bag and pinned it to the garment bag and it is a four button suit. He remembered doing that and told me that the worker must have misplaced the button. The shop would fix this problem by having a new button sewed on my Boss suit. The button of course is the wrong color and next to that, they sewed the button on wrong, which ruined my costume. Not only is this shop outrageously expensive, they managed to ruin my €800 suit. Be aware of these old crooks at work!
