The employees are downright rude and unprofessional. Damage to an expensive car and despite multiple witness statements they casually report that I would have hit a concrete block (despite the blue paint on MY white car). An expert has been, nice chat and then I get a report that I would have caused the damage myself because there are traces that show that I hit a sidewalk or concrete block. Bad communication, saying they have not received e-mails and supporting documents, the answer takes a long time, the employees are rude and address you as if they do not understand everything. That one star is still too much.

I sent the witness statement form twice and it was not received again, not by post and not by email? Email has actually been sent. I call again to ask how it is now Ms says I have to send it again We have not received anything she says again, then I say but it was really sent to the right address where are you going ?? she says suddenly I am not going to continue arguing with you here you are annoying I end this conversation then she hangs up ??? This is really unacceptably unacceptable to be treated like that by the guarantee fund, I don't mention any names I've spoken to yet, but don't rule out naming them further.

I have never had damage and never claimed anything ... parking damage without perpetrator, 4 reports that I have not driven the car and that the damage has occurred in the parking lot, but no one has seen it happen ... of a second or so ... Rejected again because no one had seen it happen ...

Super bad!!! I really don't know why the guarantee fund still exists. Super bad service. Takes a long time before you get a response back. Witness statements filled in for the umpteenth time. But I keep going until I get what I'm entitled to. Otherwise I will drag them to court.

Car parked in the parking lot. A week later I saw a dent on my door. Clearly visible. Damage caused by strong wind. I have multiple person witnesses and camera images. They can confirm that I had not moved my car in the meantime. Declaration made. I had to report advice from the police to the guarantee fund. After many explanations by emails I always received the same answer. That they do not believe that I do not have the car between undamaged and damaged time had moved. I indicated. I have witnesses and camera images that can confirm this. And even wanted to pay damage expert if they don't believe. But Mrs. L. Always indicated that their position is disappointing for me. that they can mean nothing to me. It seems like a standard answer for many. With so much evidence you can still reject it. Still don't understand! Why does the guarantee fund still exist? Abolish.
