Very helpful with sending letters/packages

Worst experience. Showed no responsibility whatsoever. I sent a package from sweden the postman never came to the adress and they gave the reason that there was no one home. If that was the case why not the post man left any notification so the receiver could pick the package from nearsest point. You are a scam.

Very unfriendly people behind the counter. First of all, you are not even greeted and the attitude of most of the people who work there is very grumpy. The bald man in particular finds it very difficult to send parcels. Labels that tear, put labels on wrong packages, throw fragile boxes. I can advise everyone to continue to the primera postnl point.

I have always been helped very correctly. I sometimes experience this differently at other postal agencies. I like to come here. No problems at this location.
