Fairly knowledgeable about sending and shipping items, however I do not expect to get blamed if you input the shipper's address instead of the recipient's address into the system and have to redo it. This isn't the first time it happened, thankfully I caught it last time. It requires a lot of attention to detail to ship internationally, I get it. I had to go back and edit the review for another "lovely" experience. I've tried to make my shipping labels clear enough, yet I still get comments from each other employee about how/where to put the SENDER and RECEIVER addresses. Now that I don't mind, albeit inconsistent and confusing. What I do mind is the lady at the counter saying "that's not very smart, is it?" in a condescending way. Trust me I tried, your info is confusing as hell. I finally e-mailed PostNL for a clarification, and it turns out they do not have a convention for how big or small the SENDER and RECEIVER address should be etc. etc.

This branch has stopped with Postnl, so I have not received my order now. Not really a mistake from the store but from Postnl.
