DHL is a mess. They split the company so this “Service Point” is separate from “Parcel.” So when there is a problem (see below) they can’t help you. Use Post NL!

The service was lousy. The person didn't even wait 15 seconds on for me to come downstairs and drove off. I made another appointment for it to come today but still nothing. Now i have to go to a far Dhl service point to pick it up.

Since the covid 19 problem, I have a BIG problem with DHL.. When i order something, the person frm DHL just dont take the time to ring the door bel and wait lone enough... and yet I AM HOME.. So, that means that i will have to travel and get my packet by bus.. too fat to walk to.. i am 71 years old, please tell me what to do...THANK YOU...
