Bad service, picked up my package but didn't have a face mask on me. I was not allowed in because of this, fine, I suggested to stay outside, so that the package could be brought to the door. The distance from the package to the door is 4 meters. No, we are not going to do it, you are out of luck, you are going to buy a mouth mask somewhere first. There was no one else in there right now and no one who wants to go in there. They themselves did not wear a mouth mask or something like that. So it was a small effort to bring the package to the door.

I wanted to send a small letterbox package that fits in the letterbox, but the employee claimed this is not possible and forced me to send the package as a normal package at full price. Ridiculous service and very amateurish

Airmail package not sent on time, but also not communicated to the sender / receiver that the package has not yet gone. You get an answer with the question why not, they cannot, they have to call too many people. What a strange answer! SUNWAY that's SERVICE !!
