Great team. Very efficient and friendly.

The store has moved to a nextdoor and smaller shop. Very cheerful people working there. Good for birthday cards, some office supplies, books, post office etc. Smaller but better service than before. New owner prob.?

I'm very glad to see some customers still think the staff at this office is doing their job. Unfortunately, every single time I go there and have a question I simply get nothing out of the staff. They either say they don't know or answer a completely different thing from what you've just asked them. If I need actual information I prefer to call Customer Service. It seems to me that the staff at Kerkplein has completely lost it and is not planning to come back anytime soon. In the end, I always have to figure out myself how to handle post. Not to mention they don't even know what to do when you ask them about lost mail. They just don't know what to say. ------------

Very nice and professional team paying great attention to clients. The post office has a very spacious and cozy sitting area. There is an ATM stamp vending machine (l'automate de timbre de distributeur). It seems to be the only post office operated by NL Post in the Hague.
