Good service, but opening times are not correct, waiting for the door at 8 for nothing. Open a little later.

Really unbelievable! I have been calling Post.nl all morning, first tried the robot from Post nl, there they give a telephone number that does not exist, then tried a 088 number that is out of order, then called a payment number for 0.90 euro cents per minute , first on hold for 40 seconds then had someone on the phone who told me oh you must be at Post nl; I will transfer you to a NUMBER WHICH IS NOT IN USE! So back to square one. I just want to speak to someone about a registered mail that should be sent in December 2019 and never arrived. It was 3 torn 100 euro notes (which my granddaughter had torn to her during the Sinterklaas party) which I sent to had sent the Dutch Central Bank. I'm desperate.
