I respect the rules for license requirements but you should mention it in advance not when customer comes for test drive. Please respect your customers.
Just look for the right person. Then quickly left with the right car.
Not even worth that one star, Never call back when you ask for parts. Unfriendly on the phone while you also have to wait 20 minutes when calling. This is a company that does not know what the customer is king is a pity! Never order parts here again. BAD!
Made an appointment last Monday for a test drive for a 2019 model Kia Niro. Today I would have had a test drive but unfortunately this was already sold on Thursday. The relevant seller has failed to call us about this. As a result, no other 2nd hand Niro was available and the only option is to drive a new Niro model. The seller was also free to get water for himself, but not to offer anything. In addition, when getting the quotation, as expected, a super low trade-in price, and if you do not have a trade-in, offer a discount of € 350. We have received even more discounts on our recently purchased box spring bed. In short, I will never buy or maintain here.
