I ordered some mango lassie from them enough to meet the minimum requirement for delivery, because I have a serious back injury and I can’t make the trip to get it. Well, they refused to deliver it because it ‘wasn’t worth their time’ and they REFUSE to refund my money. They were terribly rude about The whole thing too. Pitiful service and delivery. I can’t rate the food though. . . They wouldn’t bring it🙄

I ordered Roti : It was thick as brick and not chewable at all Malai Kofta : Koftas were cold and frozen , It was like eating 3 days old curry , No taste Baingan Bharta : Okish taste Pilau : Pilau was also ok , but not worth ordering from this place . Mango lassi : it was not mango lassi , It was yellow coloured yogurt water with 50% sugar Raita : For god's sake , I never thought any restaurant can spoil Raita for me...but India Glory proved me wrong .

Has to be the worst Indian food I have ever eaten. Waste of 30 euros. The Chicken Tikka Masala was sweeter than the Rasmalai I ordered. As an Indian, I request the restaurant to please upgrade the food because the current food is a disgrace to Indian culture.

I'm giving 2 stars mainly because of bad operations. Food arrived 1.45 hours after ordering from thuisbezorgd. The website to track the time of delivery was never updated. Needed to call the restaurant to ask how long it will take to receive the food. The restaurant said 1 hour, which was not the case. We waited almost 2 hours. There was also some issues in terms of payment, unclear if I had paid by credit card or not. The delivery guy checked with the restaurant on the spot when delivering the food. Restaurant told us we had paid. The following day I received a call that the payment wasn't made. Would have been nice to offer an apology for the inconvenience especially for the hassle with the regards to the payment. The food was nice, but due to bad operations and in particular the handling the payment situation, we will consider twice before ordering from Inia Glory again.
