The gym has an intrusive instructor who gives unwanted advice, especially about what you are not allowed to do. This stiff attitude and the smell of stale sweat sours the impression. The pool is quite small for a hotel this size. Being cramped, completely underground (floor -1 of the Crown Plaza Hotel) and poorly lit, it gives the impression of a cave, but not in a good way. Expectations are higher for a five star hotel.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars, but some personal trainer employed by this place thought I had just come in here and started to think that I had to show my room due to a standard procedure. Very unfriendly in his tone and gave dirty looks while I had paid more than 300 euros. A shame because beautiful sauna and gym at a beautiful hotel.

What a wonderful small-scale spa and gym. Very friendly staff with nice personal trainers who can help you achieve your goals. I'll definitely come back here!
