Superior twin room, 83 euro per Night with reservation and payment via Booking.com ... it turned out that when you register at the reception you pay another 10 euros. Great hotel, with decent rooms. It has private parking for only 18 euros per day. The hotel also has a spa and fitness center, which require prior reservation, and if you are unable to do so, you will be gladly denied your right to use, even though you have paid for the night using the spa and fitness center. And yet how not to be worth the money as you can enjoy a luxurious room with a bathroom with plastic sinks. It is advisable to wear Eskimo pajamas, as the two duvets in this otherwise incredibly comfortable and soft bed are always in a hammock upside down, they can not keep you warm enough at maximum air conditioning. But they left you a spray for deep sleeping, in which case you urgently need to open your window. The room also has other extras, namely a mini bar, a coffee machine and a hot water kettle. The mini bar is suitable for people observing water fasting. The coffee machine makes a decent coffee, but while the cup is full they can hear and feel the vibrations only in Rotterdam. And I was glad I hadn't been anywhere else in a better hotel. The four stars are not enough for this unforgettable experience that is offered to you.

I'd like to share my wonderful experience at the Leonardo Royal hotel Den Haag Promenade. My partner surprised me with an overnight stay from 13 to 14 Feb. It was just wonderful. The staff at front office really knows how to give guests a genuine and warm welcome. When we arrived at our room (which was spacious and clean) there was a bottle of Valentine wine waiting, specially wrapped and covered with hearts and a cupido. The 4 course meal we enjoyed in our room was just fab! So well timed and again such friendly and cheerful staff! If you thought it could not be better well another surprise. I mean during this time of strict measures related to covid-19, it is a real challenge to still provide the feel you so much want your guests to experience. Well, breakfast was really great. A lot of care got into it. Everything nicely wrapped en presented and although you cannot enjoy the usual buffet, the variety offered is surely not inferior. All in all we had a fantastic time and my partner could not have spoiled me with a better Valentine surprise then this one♥️! Thanks everyone to have made our stay so enjoyable!

Great hotel. From the entrance you feel like if you were at home. The staff is very nice, and they will help you with anything you need. The only thing I didn't like very much was the swimming pool size, I stayed in the hotel while Corona time, then you had to reserve a time for breakfast, restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc., so we would have the swimming pool almost for our own. Apart from that, the lounge, conference center or rooms were clean, organized and calm.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and decided to come back here for our 2 year anniversary. Beautiful rooms, excellent hospitality and good breakfast.
