Bought quite a few household items here over the years! Nice staff, quite young though. Store can be quite disorganised sometimes. Can also be quite crowded at times. Still, it's good!

One of the best and cheap stores. If you are at Den Haag centraal and need house supplies or anything else, have a 3 min walk to action. It would be worth it.

The worst Action store I have ever seen! The manager is quite rude and the staff don’t have any respect for the customers(except for one very respectful staff who really wanted to help me!). I needed to change an item that was mistakenly given to me. According to the EU consumer law, "You’ll have legal rights if the item you bought is: -unusable (‘not fit for purpose’)". Not only didn’t they accept to refund/replace it but also they behaved quite rudely and impolitely. Avoid this place as much as possible.
