Wide range of oriental/ Asian products. Convenient for when you want to give your cooking a upgrade or an oriental influence.

It's a great store with good assortments, except for the frozen food. Unfortunately it's been the third time that we've encountered products which have seemingly gone bad after thawing. The first time was the odd smelling shrimp when defrosted, 2nd time was when the ice cream was already molten beforehand & frozen cause of the odd ice crystal structures within. The third confirmed it all was when we thawed the hotpot beef same day of purchase and the package was bulging & it smelled sour, rancid & the color was oddly grey/pink-ish instead of red. FYI we come here every week. I haven't run into the same issue in the other Orientals.

There are enough posts about their great products so I'll write a little about their customer service. I noticed that a different item was charged to my bill once I got home. I called them and they told me my case would be processed as soon as I sent them a photo of the bill, and that they would cross-check with their CCTVs. They really did process it right away, and I didn't even need to bring a copy of my bill, as they had already reprinted it by backtracking transactions! Most smooth refund process I've experienced in NL :) thank you!

Very good range of Asian and exotic ingredients. I go here frequently to stock up and have never had a problem finding anything I was looking for. They have a great selection of rice, pulses, noodles, fried foods, sauces, frozen and (some) fresh produce. They offer lots of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian and Indonesian products amongst others. Prices aren’t that bad either!

Prices are fair and you can find everything in there. However, it's a bit crowded and, although there's a couple employees walking around, it's quite hard to ask for assistance. The employees are really nice and helpful, though.
