MDK elektro is terrible. I called them for putting a extra plug. They said they came the second day in the morning. They didn't come. When I phoned them again. They said the appointment was in the afternoon. They didn't come either in the afternoon.They make me waiting the whole day. At the end nobody came, they didn't call me either. Terrible experience. What ridiculous is that on their website they " we come directly to you" .

Totally unprofessional. Worst service ever. They just never show up on scheduled meetings. When they do, always with a minimum of 3 hours later without warning of the delay. If you ask explanation, they give you always the same excuses: car crash, accident, sick. They came 4 times, never had the tools to finish the job, I still have flying wires at home. Below how they left the job.

We had a power outage in the evening and ended up at MDK via Google. Called and within half an hour we had power again. Professional, reliable and fast service!

I had a malfunction in my meter cupboard, to remedy this I had called MDK, they were at the door within an hour, the fault was quickly and professionally resolved. I am very pleased with the service of MDK.

A neat electrician with knowledge of the facts. We needed someone to move a number of sockets. After a phone call with MDK, they were already on the doorstep the next day. They thought along well with us, and did the job quickly and neatly. We definitely recommend MDK Electricians!
