I live in a small village without my own doctor just outside the city of Schagen, but within the municipality. Attempted to register today, and was refused because "only people from Schagen are accepted". So if your own village does not have a doctor, you're just unlucky. Then you do it without a doctor ...

Don't be with Dr. Mospan that long. She takes our complaints seriously. That feels good. Assistants are also very good. We do not regret our choice.
