If you would like to get to know one of the most customer-unfriendly pharmacies in the Netherlands, it is a good idea to visit the pharmacy of this practice. You will wait for a long time after being addressed several times uninterested. This pharmacy has very tight times when it comes to picking up repeat prescriptions. If you come 5 minutes earlier or later you will know that too. You can get a sermon about the times after a long waiting time. If you, as a passer-by, have a prescription faxed to this pharmacy, you should only go to a pharmacy that is customer-friendly and have a new prescription sent because the prescription that came in there was used as scratch paper. The GPs are therefore good, but the pharmacy and the assistants are a few exceptions, apart from being very customer unfriendly and absolutely unhelpful.
