We are full of praise for this (web) store! We have placed an order online, ideal during corona. After delivery there was something wrong with the hood and the base, these were replaced by the correct ones at short notice. Two weeks later our daughter accidentally knocked over the lamp, breaking the part of the fitting. The owner came by free of charge that same week to replace the part. This friendly shop / owner attaches great importance to customer-friendliness, service and reliability !!!!!!!!!!!!
