After having had the same accountant for 20 years, he was forced to stop unexpectedly and I switched to KAISER administraties B.V. at the end of 2019. It also meant a transition to a new accounting and invoicing system. Now almost a year and a half later, I can only be positive. Working with the Visma on-line package ensures that accounting is very easily up-to-date and paperless. Much is done automatically (reading bank statements for example), you regularly send your invoices to the application and everything is visibly updated very regularly by an employee. Robert makes sure that all financial / administrative matters of my company are correct, and directs (with clear explanations) for improvement if necessary. If you have a question, they can always be reached within the foreseeable future. As far as I am concerned, a very pleasant experience and recommended if you want a solid administration with a personal no-nonsense approach.

Last year I started my business. As every starter knows, the beginning is always exciting and a lot is coming at you. I was looking for an administrative office that could help me with my administrations, VAT, tax return and all other questions that every starter has. "A & AK KAISER administraties B.V." fulfilled all these wishes excellently. No question is too crazy if they answer it, and they give extra useful tips. The administration is done down to the last detail in the online accounting program. This way I have an accurate financial picture of my company at all times. I just received a very well-prepared annual financial report from them this week and they immediately prepared and filed our income tax. And all for a very nice competitive price. I foresee a long-term cooperation and I can therefore recommend “A & AK KAISER administraties B.V.” to recommend wholeheartedly.

I recently switched because of dissatisfaction with another office. A & AK Kaiser works quickly and efficiently. I am a smaller customer for them, but nevertheless sufficient attention and advice. They are always available for questions and have clear explanations. Clear annual accounts of my company. The IB is also provided for me and my husband. In short, everything is very well taken care of for an affordable price.
