After a front cruciate ligament reconstruction and menuscusletzel I ended up with Esther. I experience 2x p. nice week, my recovery is on schedule. Esther is an expert (sports) physiotherapist and listens well. As a sports instructor I think my sustainable recovery is of great importance. Her approach is goal-oriented, she knows exactly when to slow down because I do too much, but she is also a support in relearning movements that you are afraid of after the injury.

Helped very well, also nice that they are in a fitness room on the Papsouwselaan, practice immediately.
