I'm so happy that I ended up here. (Location Voorburg) For me it is a 45 minute journey by public transport and a 10 minute walk, but I am definitely willing to do it. I have had problems for years and had several physios but never before has I been listened to and looked at the problem. Maarten is also fair, he warned that the first treatments would not be painless, because it has been stuck for years. And exercises are done and practiced with me until I have mastered them and have to do them at home. Drawn on a paper as homework :-) My problem: back, especially lower back, hip and leg, also from severe wear and tear. Just by a simple turn or movement I suddenly can't go anywhere. I am now really confident that I will come out strong with my back, despite the wear and tear. As I have been warned, this time it is not a few weeks of treatment and then bye and the best as my experience has been so far. So TOP
