Pascal is a good and experienced broker helping us purchasing our house. His advices are helpful and honest. Communication was not always besmooth at the beginning, but overall Pascal is nice, polite and and takes care of his customers. I strongly recommend and would come back to Zo in the future. Tuan

ZO Makelaars had a good story during the intake about how they use data and digital techniques and how they put customer experience first. The pictures had turned out beautiful. Also with 'streertview-like' display, but that did not really come into its own on Funda because a link hidden in the text had to be followed for the photos. Because we had a child around the launch on Funda, we were unable to follow the launch closely. It turned out after a week that the maps were not on it. These were quickly set up afterwards, but the plot drawing was still missing. These were also not put on it, after repeated insistence. To our dismay, we received feedback from our buyers that communication was not always respectful. Due to the mismatch between the intake story and the final performance, we do not recommend ZO Makelaar.
