Positive experiences. Easily accessible BMW dealer that has helped me perfectly with repairs, maintenance and tire changes for the past year. They have been flexible in rescheduling appointments, been informative and helpful when my car required a check/repair. I drive a lease car through work so I can't say anything about their selling and delivery process.
Clean and customer friendly place
Excellent car dealer. Knowledgeable, service-minded people who know their customers. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice building close to highway and to subway station Vijfsluizen.
Total disaster. I was asked to wait for second hand car salesamen for 20 minutes. I asked for test drive and was told its wet and busy so its not possible so I sat down to discuss what can I get for my car. I was dissapointed that I was offered too little and the salesman told me they don't negotiate, price is a price then just stand up and said goodbye. Worst BMW experience ever. No way I am going back there. Seriously those people should have their license taken away by BMW.
