the worst taxi I drived

What a sad company this is, really never experienced this unprofessional, has an employee of this incredibly sad company hit my car, also the employee has confirmed this, then they tell the insurance that they have not been against it and that there was no damage. Fortunately several witnesses who saw it. So that will be fine .. The police simply had to intercede for the details of their insurance. Shouldn't get any crazier. So watch out with this company. NOT TO BE TRUSTED..!!!!!

Good company, 90 percent on time. Most drivers are fine too.

We have ordered a Taxi van for both the outward and return journeys on Saturday for the collection and delivery to and from a festival. To avoid the crowds, we deliberately ordered a taxi at 10:45 pm, since the party ended at 11 p.m. We also paid the full amount for both the outward and return journeys, apparently this had to be done to prevent us from deciding in this type of situation to opt for a better option and to cancel the trip. In the end we were only picked up after midnight !!! I called the exchange this evening, since this cannot be the intention. The person on the line agreed with me and advised me to contact us during office hours this week. First: We would have understood if we would have had to wait half an hour, but this is really absurd. People who later ordered a taxi were picked up earlier by the same company. Secondly: if I call with (in my opinion) a well-founded complaint, and am told that this is the fault of the organization of the festival, while all other drivers (from the same company, and also not willing to help us further) find it fine, so we do not get compensation, you as an organization do not quite understand how you should deal with paying customers.
