Bought a nice bouquet, friendly service
The bouquet was delivered on January 9 with hours of delay. After 2 days the bouquet had finished flowering. Another flower arrangement came on January 14. Show the old flowers. With the answer we have sick so this week does not work but you will get other flowers by next week. Well it can happen. The flower arrangement was already finished the next day. Only the hyacinth bulbs were still there. But they did not come true. Everything in the garbage can. Unfortunately the promised bouquet did not come.
Flowers ordered on June 11 with delivery on June 13 and indicated happy delivery in the morning. Delivery on the website at 11 am and 4 pm.
Just called where the flowers are, because it was still pending 2 days after ordering at 2 pm. So now I am told that this will only happen after 4 p.m. According to lady on the other side of the line. According to her, that was on the website. Firstly, it is not on the website and, secondly, I placed it with my order in the morning. In short, Flowers ordered with vz costs for almost 30 euros. No feedback on my wish to deliver in the morning and an employee on the phone who thinks that they only deliver after 4 p.m. while the site says at 11 p.m. and after 4 p.m. Such a shame if you ordered flowers well in advance for a special birthday party and stated what your wishes were. Hence a 1 for ordering and service online.
