Ordered a nice 2mtr x 2mtr bed, which was delivered top-notch by the men of Bouman Potter with fantastic service. Unfortunately, Auping had not supplied the sides of the main board in black artificial leather as ordered. After contacting the Auping store, we would soon hear what could be done about it. Unfortunately we are still waiting for a response after a month. For the service of the delivery staff 5 stars, that is beyond dispute. Unfortunately 2 stars less for the service of the Auping store.

It was a great buying experience and I had a good feeling about the purchase. Unfortunately the head end was too low as the model in the store. But that should not spoil the fun.
