Not satisfied with the quality and communication. Asked if they could fix a very fine white gold chain. Because it is such a nice chain, I asked if she wanted to indicate if they could not fix it so fine that the letters hanging on it could still slide over it - because in that case I would rather look for an alternative. I did not hear anything so I assumed that it would be okay, but when I went to pick up the necklace a week later it was much too coarse and the letters no longer slid over it. They tried something on the spot, but I was not happy with it at all. In addition, the box that was included was broken. Maybe a little something, but if you bring your chain of almost 400 euros you still expect them to handle it with care. When I mentioned both things, the response was very light-hearted, I didn't feel taken seriously.
