Great little tram railway great friendly people. Well worth a visit and don't forget to take a ride on the ship to the open air museum.

My wife and I got off the plane at Schiphol airport, stored our luggage at Amsterdam Centraal, took the train and went straight to catch the ferry at Enkhuizen to Medemblik. It was a bright sunny day in the summer. The staff was nice. The view is just spectacular. The breeze is calming but at times it can get a little cold. The interior cabin is large and light refreshment is served and there are souvenirs for sale. We then took the steam tram to Hoorn which was also interesting and relaxing. I could have given the whole journey 10 stars if I could.
