After very often - several years - twice a week physiotherapist at home, the regular therapist is transferred to a new client without any consultation. and that is what the therapist has to solve himself. Van Loo is an almost invisible company, with always others who pick up the phone but do not do anything else. very sorry because it can be much and much better

Company thinks mainly of its own interest. Is there not a lot of rules to circumvent.
