Switched from Tesla to Audi E-tron, due to addition no new (little to no real Dutch E-trons from 2018), but an import from Audi itself from Germany (always picturesque Ingolstadt). Unfortunately problems with getting the car “online”, so no connection options. After calling Zeist 6-8 times (had to be arranged through sales) I was eventually allowed to drop by (got the feeling that they didn't really feel like it, but really wanted to know where I stood), tried everything myself. Arriving in Zeist a very unfriendly / inhospitable reception. Because I had my 7-month-old son sleeping in the car, I asked one of those present at the reception if they could indicate to the person with whom I had made an appointment that I was there. That seemed too much to ask (I didn't want to leave my son alone), no understanding for that situation. In the end, some checks were done (compliments for the knowledge level of the workshop manager) and it turned out that the car needed a hard reset (the entire back seat had to be removed or the like). When I wanted to schedule an appointment I didn't really get the feeling that they were waiting for a new customer (with a car that had been imported). Comments such as: whether I was aware of any additional costs (despite still almost 3 years warranty), and whether I could not return it to where I bought it, did not give me the impression that they were waiting for me as a customer. I thanked for the honor and then made an appointment with a very friendly other dealer, who understands that Audi’s are being imported. When switching from a dealerless brand like Tesla, I never thought about facing these kinds of issues, where the interests of the Audi brand are not in line with how this translates into the interests of a dealer within a dealer network. The insight I have obtained is that the dealer probably cannot charge the costs for "resetting" the car to the Dutch importer. Because nothing is really broken. They are not actually waiting there. Normally they may dare to make this investment because they recoup these costs through regular maintenance, but that is more difficult with an electric car (low maintenance costs). These kinds of issues / conflicts of interest do not apply to a brand such as Tesla. Not a business card for the Audi brand in my view, because this makes the complete experience less positive.

just bought a new volkswagen T-roc am helped by justin you can only spend your money 1 time because of the friendly conversation and the willingness of him to show different options, the choice to buy my car at Muntstad was not that difficult anymore nice help
