Neat, friendly and quick help!
I saw a complete used Opel Zafira on the website of the Zeist location. Half an hour drive there, friendly seller. Start with the test drive. Drives fine, however, there appear to be several options NOT on the car. These WERE in the description. That was the reason I liked this car, complete with several important options, including navigation and reversing camera. So these were NOT on it. If you would order these options separately with a new car, it will just cost 1000-1250 euros. I have indicated that the car is still interesting if they would adjust the price. They did not want to know about this and asked me to make a proposal myself.
In the end I would get a 100 euro discount!
So bad that you let the customer make a proposal himself, just come up with a customer-friendly commercial solution, taking into account the inconvenience and the time it costs the customer!
Lace orientation; unfortunately at this establishment below level! Very arrogant attitude from the executives of this seller. Also no apologies on behalf of these gentlemen in the background ....
Excellent service, very satisfied the Astra, occasion but feels like new.
