I have ordered mequairs products first I am told by the employee we do not have the product you ordered in stock, but a variant with a clay less instead of 3 clay you get 2 clay and I said the price, then I was told it's only 20gr cal less nothing. And after that customer service app, I got a 10 euro discount, the order arrives at the Zeist branch again and now they send products whose packaging has already been opened again had contact with customer service and a reaction from Zeist is we have checked whether everything is correct in the box. So we can expect when you buy a telephone or TV that the seal is off because it is not second hand but checked. I am completely done with halfords. Bad staff and not professional

Found two nice and helpful men in the shop today! I came to get a package. Had a quick chat. When I found out that the box didn't fit in my panniers, I took out the stuff and shrunk the box and planned to take it home. One of the men came out and offered to throw the box away. Super sweet and very cordial.
