I had ordered 2 pans here 2 months ago, 1 of which got scratches very quickly. After some mail exchange I was allowed to send it and it would be looked at. I soon received a new pan back with a letter that this is actually not a guarantee, but I still get a new pan, so very neat! All my pans, cutlery and kitchen knives are from Sola and I am very happy with them! My knives are due for replacement and will be looking at new knives soon.
