Can't say that I was helped uselessly by Mr Burgers then. Everything takes effort to get explanations and advice and I got the feeling that I was only doing "difficult". Advice of medical aids also turned out to be incorrect. Eventually switched to Schoonenberg. What a difference in advice and support
