The purchased laminate was of excellent quality, but the rest was extremely lousy. First ordered wrong laminate, then later it turned out that too little was delivered. Many promises about new laminate orders and scheduling laminate shelves, but promises were not kept up to four times. Now after three weeks after installation, I am still left with a room that is not finished and therefore cannot be used with no idea when this can be remedied.

We wanted a new coconut mat for the custom hall because, given our age, we are no longer able to cut it ourselves. Went to carpetland Zeist with this request and ordered a mat. When picking up the mat, the seller stated that if a small corner or something had to be removed, it was best to do this from the back. This comment surprised us but we assumed that this would not be necessary. Upon returning home, the mat was found to be 5 cm over the entire length. Called and to our surprise it turned out that we could not buy a customized mat at all and that this was clearly stated at the sale. We are convinced that this is not mentioned, certainly because we would have gone to another store in that case. The seller (the same as the one we had placed the order with) claimed high and low that this had been reported precisely to prevent this type of phone call. He finally put the phone down. Conclusion: never to carpetland again

Nothing to criticize about the quality of the goods, but the service and agreements about the delivery are appalling: not on time, not in one go, partly not supplied. Next time I'll go elsewhere.
