Last week had a perfect experience with jeweler Storm and Storm: through Google I was looking for a jewel of a certain brand and so came by chance on their website. The website offered the information I wanted, in a clear way. Because it is a lot of money for a jewel, I decided to make a call. Then I was approached in a very friendly and professional manner. The showroom, which is only open on Saturdays, was specially opened for me on a weekday so that I could view the jewel. It turned out to be beautiful and immediately went into the purchase. This was the first time a buying experience that went perfectly both online and offline. I never actually write reviews, but now I have to!
