We're madly in love with our new wellness spa! At first we were a bit reluctant because we didn't want such an eye-catching thing in our garden, but now we have one with a bamboo exterior. We totally love it!

Scammers. Say jaccuzzi is new. However, all broken second hand baths. No guarantee . All liability expires when he leaves the showroom. They promise to deliver and fill to make sure everything works, but they run like hell before it's filled. You can whistle for your money. If you call in the police or lawyer, they will threaten you. Kenneth and Natalie have business in drachten and scythe. Previously hot tubs etc. Brother of nathalie Giessen has started this scam. Handelshuis roeke, they advertise in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Via marketplace Facebook and others. Now another guy hiring that post under grou. All positive reviews from friends and family here. Many people from the same family and from America. Sure they deliver there too. People pay attention to these people.

Satisfied up to and including delivery. After 4 weeks, our lighting is broken. Nathalie refers me to the mechanic Paul, whose phone number is on the invoice. Called and messaged. Finally, he turns out to live in Rotterdam and we live in Friesland. Fortunately, he knows someone in Bolsward. Message him again if he has already communicated this. Hear nothing. Have little faith in it. I think service is particularly bad. Now we also find out that the filters are very fishy. So if you buy a second hand, clean it properly. Hope we have relief soon.

BEWARE, SCAM !! they sell you a broken jacuzzi for a few thousand euros. In the showroom they are in the process of replacing, but once they arrived home nothing has been replaced and therefore just broken! Then they say that they do not provide a guarantee, but this is not legally allowed. Lawyers are afraid of them, so send them to them, they have no leg to stand on in terms of guarantee. Been doing this for 7 months now and it still doesn't work.
