I hope no one has to call their "emergency" line during an emergency situation. I was at stuck on the line for more than an hour. This happened to other callers too. Very poor experience.

In June we were informed by Budgetair of the cancellation of our flight. Now, 2 months later, not yet allowed to receive any substantive proposal from Budgetair. The trip should have taken place a month ago. We have requested a refund through the credit card company. Budgetair disputes that they have to pay back the costs, almost 3 thousand euros. Worthless that we were not allowed to receive any substantive response. Then to know that BudgetAir, Travix are owned by the BCD Group, the family business of John Fentener van Vlissingen. You would expect more from this anyway.
