Customer unfriendly. Can't stand criticism. insult you with a smile on their face. Disparaging comments like stab in the back after posting a negative review, you will be bribed to remove it by returning your money. Very Unprofessional !!!!!!!!!! I will never come here again and do not recommend it to anyone (unless you have plenty of money then they are your best friend)

A few weeks ago I bought a beautiful 325d from Vakgarage Montfoort. They offered a fair price for my trade-in car, were friendly and thought along. No annoying sales talk, just an honest story. Last weekend (2 weeks after purchase), to my great disappointment, a light of the diesel particulate filter came on, because Montfoort is a long way away for me, I asked some quotes at garages around me. This would be a very expensive repair, so I decided to call Montfoort again. They indicated that although I had bought the car without warranty, they certainly wanted to cooperate in order to find a good solution. The next day I was able to go and they have solved the particulate filter problem free of charge, and a number of preventive measures such as replacing a sensor so that the car is completely in order. I am very surprised by the fantastic service of this company and can recommend Vakgarage Montfoort to everyone!

Some time ago I drove from Zoetermeer to Montfoort in search of a garage that I had seen on the internet and where I could possibly have my 4 year old BMW 320i serviced. Then accidentally ended up at this specialist garage. The conversation I then had with Maxim has given me so much confidence that, supported by the many positive reviews, I brought my car for a 40,000 km turn yesterday. Price real, work transparent, top service (on your own initiative and free of charge polished the car, even a scratch on the hood is expertly eliminated). I am happy with the way they dealt with me and the car. I have found a trusted and good address for the maintenance of my car!

I work for a service provider. My bus is an important tool. Unfortunately, my back door was broken, and I could no longer go to my stuff. My regular garage was not willing to make 10 minutes for me. But Vakgarage Montfoort is. And it was fixed within 5 minutes. Maxim then also immediately adjusted my lighting. Look, that's what I call SERVICE 😁👍
