5 year old car was declared as accident-free. In reality almost whole body was repaired. I'm talking not about small cosmetic repairs - it was heavily damaged. A lot of parts changed, also doorstep, even had rust where it shouldn't be.

Via Autoscout my eyes fell on a car that they had for sale. Called the company to ask if the car had any significant damage. According to Patrick, this was not the case. Then sent an email because he could not answer technical questions immediately and he would take pictures. After two days no response to the email, then just call again. 10:00 am calling; "yes it will be in a minute", 13:30 call again "yes it will arrive at any time", at 17:00 call again. And hehe 18:00 finally pictures, of indeed serious damage around the car. But still no answer to the technical questions. Do you want to sell that car or not ?! In any case, I don't need him anymore. Very bad communication!
