They always have time to check the tire pressure
I went to get my tires changed. So they did. When I got my car back I noticed it was pulling to one side. I called them again, they said they'd look at it. So I took the car back to them. I was called in the afternoon and was told that my front tires were switched with the back tires. When I asked why they didn't get a permission from me before doing so, the person on the phone got angry and started to argue with me. The aggressive attitude continued when I went there to pick up my car. I was told that he was the expert so he didn't need my permission to do anything with my car and he said I should go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I complained about the place to the KwikFit customer service. All they could offer was to make an appointment for me in another branch.

Made an online appointment for welding a hole in the exhaust and replacing a relay for the flashing light.
When the car is brought in, it appears that welding cannot be done and there is no one present for electronic malfunctions.
They could only order a completely new muffler, which cost around 500-600 euros.
When I indicated that they could have passed this on by telephone, I only got the answer "that could indeed have been done".
Super help this morning for changing the tires, very nice contact with the mechanic and a great place to work. I will definitely come back here more often!
