Gives good advice, adheres perfectly to the agreements and neat technicians who think in terms of solutions. Very satisfied with my fireplace and Dolderman services.

Reported a problem with our decorative fireplace a year after purchase and instead of thinking along with us, the problem was put down to us. We therefore tried to repair the fireplace ourselves. When the problems could no longer be solved by themselves (now a few years later), they went back again. The atmosphere was again hostile and it was stated that the fireplace (installed by Dolderman) was never properly installed. In desperation I contacted Xaralyn in Broek op Langedijk and ultimately more than helped to solve the problem. Xaralyn - Dolderman, 2 extremes. Be warned! Don't go to Dolderman.

If you want to buy a heater, do NOT go to Dolderman. They do NOT keep their agreements. Do NOT call back. Really a drama. Go for a heater to Piet Pellet in Groot-Ammers.
