Ordered a bed for my daughter in December. A week in advance she got rid of the old bed, so that everything could be prepared for her new bed. Just after that we are told that the delivery will be postponed. You might think what difference a few days now, but guess what .... A month !! It's nice that my daughter can now lie on the floor for a month. After having been on hold with customer service for half an hour, you are told that they understand everything, but cannot do anything ... Wonderfully customer-friendly Beterbed. Even if it were only a duvet for my daughter as a way of making up for my daughter. At least this is my last order with this company. Too bad you can't give 0 stars.

Order placed a 1250 incl mounting On the 16th they come to assemble + collect old mattresses On the 19th they will bring the new mattresses. Then you will be without a mattress for three days. Solution 1 of Beter bed; we will leave the old mattresses behind (I pay 30 euros for disposal). Solution 2 from Beter Bed; we cancel the order and you can go again in 3 to 4 weeks Never again that I order there again.

Very nice beds, well arranged with corona but if you are 14-16 I would not go there alone because you will be sent away
