At KeukenKampioen Woerden, we have received excellent assistance from Aldru Blanken, who has taken the time for us. Personal attention and customer focus immediately gave a good feeling. In our opinion, we have put together a very nice kitchen with his help. As a result, we have every confidence that the installation will go just as neatly.

Helped very well by Matthijs and his colleague !! Despite we didn't have an appointment, we left the house with a kitchen drawn on paper. All our wishes have been included and we sincerely hope that this will be fulfilled. So so far definitely recommended. And one more important point, our 3 kids were entertained with a ball game from the kitchen division, and lots of lemonade and candies. So that we could discuss everything calmly. What craftsmanship! Thinking along, cheerful, social, solution oriented! Kind of superman! A large U kitchen installed in 1 day! After that a small problem with the fridge door but resolved within a few days. Really so happy :))

In the store very pleasantly helped by Matthijs, there was good thinking and we are very happy with the final picture of the kitchen. We could always contact him if we had any questions. After the sale, however, the head office became the first point of contact and the service there is a completely different story. Due to an incorrect delivery of a drain, we were without water for 1.5 weeks. This would be addressed urgently (technician hoped within 2-3 working days), but due to the outdated system with handwritten service receipts, it took much longer than necessary for this to be addressed. In addition, the ordered back wall of our kitchen worktop was also damaged. It took more than 2 months before a new one was installed and our kitchen was finally fully assembled. Finally, the customer service is closed laughing for a few weeks during the summer and you have no point of contact at all. I find the excuse that they class themselves under the construction sector weak, participating in the construction trade is not an obligation but a business choice. In the meantime, as a customer - who has paid thousands of euros for his new kitchen - you just have to wait for an audience. You can make mistakes, but I think it is a reasonable expectation that adequate service will be provided. My experience is mainly that within the kitchen champion people are shifting the responsibility to help the customer ('you have to ask the head office', 'I'm not about the planning', 'we fall under construction, that's just the way it is' ) and it is not considered important enough for the customer to actually solve problems as quickly as possible.
