I see many reviews here of a neat and very good jeweler, unfortunately my experience with the company is noble that the staff seemingly cannot stand criticism, I had selected a birth gift and it would be ready 5 days later, when it was delivered the bracelets full of scratches, and grinding damage and in 1 of the bracelets a bite, the seller was apparently very proud of their engraving work, because I literally pushed the case out and not yet hit when I said that it was messy work and that this is not acceptable, you better walk to lucardi there you will be helped!
Picked out a watch, and they were really helpful! Totally unobtrusive to lubricate more expensive models or the like. They engrave as a service, so all in all a very customer-oriented business!

A very nice place for the jewelry. Staff help and are open to the customers. The staff can also provide good advice and show you everything that might be of interest to you. You see that the staff have real sense and they know what they are talking about. Highly recommended
