Pretty expensive and expect to dine the entire night. Wine is good, but served with minimal amounts. Food is original, but slow to be served. Four people arrived like a hour later than us, yet with the same menu were done like 15 minutes ahead of us... wrong planning?

Good food. Way too expensive. Michelin prices but for that the bar needs to be raised for the food, the atmosphere and service.
Fantastic food, nice and exciting flavour combinations and a good and homey atmosphere.
Ordered the Christmas menu on Boxing Day at De Nieuwe PolderKeuken. All dishes neatly packed and properly labeled so that you know exactly what goes with what. There is also a clear manual for doing the final preparation. All very simple. And the result is astonishing. Large portions, decorate the plate yourself and then at the table. And then comes the most important thing; insanely delicious food. With every course surprised by all kinds of delicacies. Definitely a must !!
