i bought shoes, and they are too small. i never tried them, so buying online is a risk...I didn't know the return policy, but seems you have to pay. I paid 16eur to return them (from belgium) and i request an exchange. Would have not been a better option for the company (and the client would be happy) to have my shoes picked up when sending the new ones?? we are in 2020...
